Dog Sports

Here at Skyward K9, we believe in giving your dog a proper outlet for their energy and instinct. We offer three types of sports: Trick training, Disc Dog Training, and Bike Joring. Trick training and flying disc are can be fun and fast paced activities for you and your dog. Tricks can be very fun to help show off at a party or entertain others. Disc dog training can be for leisure or for competition. We are also starting up a disc dog league and are always accepting new members wanting to compete with other teams worldwide. making most larger athletic dogs very capable in this sport. For sport training, we highly recommend that you get approval from a veterinarian that your dog is fit to do the sport you’d like to participate with your dog as there is always a risk of injury when dealing with physically demanding sports. We offer canine body awareness lessons to help minimize potential injuries.
